1881, the town of Alimar was constructed. It flourished and became vastly known for it's heavy amounts of trade and business going through the village. It was in 1895 that a plague ripped through the town, killing almost all of it's human inhabitants, but it didn't touch the canine population. Approximately fifty-five years later, in 1950, the town was reconstructed and people began to move into the area once more. It didn't take long for history to repeat itself, and the plague struct once more, now being referred to as "the curse". It left nothing behind, except for the dogs. Now, humans don't care to inhabit the town again, for fear of the curse. Now strays from the local area come to whats now known as Vergiss, joining the native dogs that live there peacefully. Remy, a native to the lands, leads the pack of strays that wander amongst themselves, keeping the dogs under control, rather than rampant and rabid.
Will you join the dogs of Vergiss in their fight for survival? Or forget about the town... just like the humans have.
